Changing the future of energy: civil society as a main player in renewable energy generation
This is an EESC study on the role of civil society in the implementation of the EU Renewable Energy Directive.
The study concerns six Member States(Germany, Poland,France, UK, Lithuania, Bulgaria)where, around the time of the study visits conducted by EESC team members, renewable energy policy frameworks and measures were undergoing significant reforms.
